USE THIS SERVICE!! WE DO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INVESTIGATE
COMPLAINTS, CREDIT CARD NAMES THAT DO NOT MATCH MEMBER'S NAME,
AND ALL POSSIBLE PREDATORS.
WE CANNOT APPROVE or
ACTIVATE A MEMBERSHIP VIA A 3RD PARTY.

accept faxed IDs)
1. INTRODUCTION

one of our staff members photo ops
of any member or members whether
alone in the image or as a couple or
group for any purpose of
advertising or media coverage as we
see fit on or offsite.

ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the
username and password that you create during the registration
process, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur
under your account. You agree to immediately notify TruckerCupid.com
of any unauthorized use of your username or password or any other
breach of security, and ensure that you exit from your account at
the end of each session by clicking the LOGOUT link. TruckerCupid.com WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS
PROVISION. You must use extra caution when accessing your
account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able
to access or record your private information. ALWAYS EXIT BY LOGGING
OUT! Otherwise you will remain logged in for several hours and if
you leave a public computer without logging out, anyone else can
access your private account.
MEMBER PHOTOGRAPHS ON PUBLIC PROFILES
Members of either sex may not at any time post sexually
suggestive photographs. This includes but not limited to nudity,
sexual positioning, the sex act in any form or sexually exploitation
of children under 18, sexual positions with animals or any
photograph Admin deems not fitting for the goal and mission of this
web site service. Admin in it's sole discretion may delete
such photographs from the service and violation of this standard
could result in permanent deletion from membership. Photos are not
to be more than 24 months ago.
EMAIL ADDRESSES, MAILING ADDRESS, HOME ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBERS are NOT to
be given in Members' profile comments section to the
general public viewing our site. If a member does publicly post such
information TruckerCupid.com's administrator will edit their profile comments
field to delete any type of addresses/phone numbers that were given in their
Profile comments section or in reply to a different
question not related to those items. Contact information is asked
for/required for TruckerCupid.com's private administrative member records. Personal
information should only be given by one member to another AFTER
members have met through TruckerCupid.com's Premium Member
private/secure message center within Premium Members' account
control center.
YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS
You are fully responsible for your interactions with other members.
You understand that TruckerCupid.com does not inquire into the background
and/or perform a background check of its members. TruckerCupid.com makes NO representations or warranties as to the
conduct of members or their compatibility with any current or future
members. TruckerCupid.com has NO liability for any damages occurring
or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with
the use of service, including without limitation, bodily injury,
emotional distress, or/and any other damages resulting from
communications or meetings with other members of this service or
people you meet through this website or websites in our network. You
agree to take precautions and responsibilities in all interactions
with other members, especially if you decide to meet offline or in
person.

"Request for Membership" for pre-approval of membership to supply us
with their date of birth, marital status, city and state of
residence, occupation, family status and a myriad of additional
items. Within 24 to 48 hours of member request reception, our
capable member approval staff then phone calls each person
requesting to be a member and in concert with the online
questionnaire, we rely on both actions to make our decision whether
to approve or decline anyone's request. To our knowledge there is no
other online dating service of our class that pre-screens for
approval by phone call. Regardless of the connection you feel with

TruckerCupid.com cannot monitor the conduct of its
Members off the Website, it is also a violation of these
rules to use any information obtained from the Service
in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in
order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any
Member without their prior explicit consent. In order to
protect our Members from such advertising or
solicitation, TruckerCupid.com reserves the right to
restrict the number of contacts which a Member may send to
other Members in any 24-hour period to a number which TruckerCupid.com deems appropriate in its sole

6. Copyright Policy: You may not post, distribute, or
reproduce in any way any copyrighted material,
trademarks, or other proprietary information without
obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such

includes animated drawings, photos of models or persons

Member agrees that the information & photo provided in their registration
represents his or her own profile. Member's completion of the

family members of same from any form of liability resulting from use
of its services. You understand that your profile will be placed on
the internet as a result of using this service and is subject to the
risks normally associated with internet data exchange. Presenting

membership data. If a paid account, there will be no refund.

since hosting services are provided by an independent Internet

option but does not guarantee the security or privacy of information
transmitted across the Internet by email form one member to another,
nor can it guarantee the privacy of a member's profile information
when sent as a contact gesture by email as provided by the system.
The member understands that all use of a member's account is subject
to 'tapping' (or secret viewing) as is any transmission that a
professional hacker can generate, however TruckerCupid.com has never
had this to happen and takes special measures available in the IT
pool of talent to keep and maintain the highest security possible on
all private and personal data entered by us or our members. The email address and password are encrypted within each
screen of the system and TruckerCupid.com provides sessions with hidden passwords
& session
timeout capability. Member agrees to indemnify TruckerCupid.com from
all loss, financial or other, resulting from the use of its
services. Member agrees that as a member, you will be verified
as to your eligibility for membership. We take abuse of our services
very seriously!! INTEGRATED DATABASE
Members understand that the database they are registering with is
the TruckerCupid.com database, and is a singular (one) database used
by TruckerCupid.com members only and that once registered, their
profile can be viewed by non-registered TruckerCupid.com and
approved members. Only members can message members.
NOTIFICATIONS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
TruckerCupid.com does not sell, trade, or share your email address
or other information with any other entity. However, we do frequently
post special offers and other notifications regarding site
changes to all our members within their membership account's message
center (Termed Admin). Collecting members' email address is used only as additional
identification source that is used by TruckerCupid.com's database
system. Members will receive notices and announcements from
Administration to their membership account Message Center, NOT by
email, when such information addresses all members. No emails
will be sent from Admin or other members to any other member's email
address via the TruckerCupid.com web site unless we eed to contact a
member personally for any reason. Email addresses and phone numbers are
shared by premium members to other premium members of their own
choosing, privately, via the members' premium membership account's
control panel. After a member has met another member either by phone
or in person, they may share whatever information they feel safe in
sharing.
CANCELLATION
TruckerCupid.com reserves the right to cancel a member account at
any time. Each member can cancel their account at any time by
contacting the support team or if member has an account, can go to
their account to delete their membership. Suspended accounts are retained by TruckerCupid.com for security purposes, however suspended accounts
no longer appear on the site and do not receive further
notifications of any kind.
BLOCKING OF IP ADDRESSES
In order to protect the integrity of our service, TruckerCupid.com
and its affiliates, reserves the right at any time
in its sole discretion to block members from certain or unidentified
IP addresses from accessing the website(s). Contact us for more

AMMENDMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS TRUCKERCUPID.COM RESERVES THE
